Online, that seems to the name of the game at the
moment. Collective recruiting is where a number of people get
together and promote a particular program in order to help each other
build a network so that all members can build a substantial online

building a downline in programs that are not going to be around long

- The
entry into the system needs to inexpensive. Most people do
not want to join an expensive program for fear of losing their
money. The entry program needs to take this fear

their team. Attrition is a huge stumbling block in any

- Everyone
needs to work as a team. This is probably the most difficult
one as a lot of members do not have the patience required (either
financially or otherwise) to work diligently towards the success of the
entire team. As many members do not see a big, life enhancing
return for a long time they start to lose faith in collective
recruiting. It is important to remember that you will see
little return to begin with but that your return will grow as the team
grows bigger and the advertising and promoting starts to really take
effect.

in with no. 3 is the fact that a lot of members sit back once they have
done some advertising and received a few members through the efforts of
the team. It is crucial to ensure that successful members
continue to work just as hard for the success of the team as
before. This will ensure that the incomes of all members
continue to grow and/or be sustained. Most network marketing
relies on a matrix of some type. This can soon fall down and
collapse if a few members stop promoting. For this reason it
is imperative that each members protects his/her own income by ensuring
continued effort for newer members. Our system has an entry
